Additional Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the images.

Also featured in this new image drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying distinct areas of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for dock shelters.

More materials released as part of the current investigative process.
